Our Business Policy

Please arrive on time to your scheduled appointment with clean makeup free eyes and lashes. If you arrive after your scheduled appointment time we will only have the remaining time available to fill you. You will still be charged the full cost of the service. If you are more that 15 minutes late we have the choice to ask you to reschedule. Any eyelash appointment booked 4 weeks after your previous appointment will be considered a full set and will be charged accordingly.

24 Hour Cancellation Policy

A minimum of a 24 hour notice is required to reschedule or cancel a booked appointment without a penalty. If a 24 hour notice is not given your desired card on file will automatically be charged 50% of your booked service as a cancellation fee which is nonrefundable. As courtesy automated reminders are sent out 72 hours and 24 hours by text message and or email to ensure you are aware of your scheduled appointment.

Sickness Or Family Emergency

If you are sick please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment for a later date. For your safety and that of staff and other clients please do not come to your appointment sick. A one time allowance of a last minute cancellation or reschedule will be permitted for sickness or family emergency. After that the cancellation|no show policy is in effect.

Cancellation & No Show

As a courtesy, reminders are sent out 72 hours & 24 hours by text message and or email. If an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of your appointment your desired card on file will automatically be charged 50% of your booked service as a cancellation fee which is nonrefundable. No shows will not be tolerated, Failure to notify us will result in all future services cancelled permanently.

Other Artists Work

If you currently have eyelash extensions on from another lash artist, there may be the possibility that your current extensions will need to be removed and properly applied again. Due to the unregulated nature of eyelash extension trainings and certifications there is a risk of improper application. Your natural lash health and eye safety is top priority. If you are coming in for a fill from another lash artist then you understand that your current extensions may need to be removed and a new full set will be applied at the appropriate full set price. This will be discussed at the time of your booking so you are fully aware prior to any service being provided.

Refund Policy

You are paying for our artists time products and other expenses used to provide you with your service. Our services are nonrefundable. If you are unhappy with a service we welcome you to contact us 716-609-9134 within 72 hours of your appointment to discuss your concerns and if necessary a complimentary touch up will be provided. Any concerns addressed after 72 hours of your last appointment or failure to follow proper aftercare instructions will result in a charged touch up service.

Payment At Time Of Service

Full payment of your scheduled service is due at the time of your appointment,
Failure to pay appointment in full will result in cancellation of all future appointments and we will no longer be able to service you in the future. 

There is zero tolerance for unpaid services.

New Client Deposit

A credit card deposit for all new client appointments is required at the time of booking. This is 50% of your booked service and will be credited at checkout. This deposit is nonrefundable if you fail to comply with our cancellation|no show policy. This is to protect your time that is set aside specifically for you as well as to protect our time as well. In return we promise to keep appointments on time, give you our full undivided attention and high quality service.

After Hour Appointments

Certain circumstances and seasons may leave you in a panic to squeeze in a last minute lash appointment that is outside of normal business hours. After hour appointments may be available on a case by case basis, but an additional appointment fee will be added on to your service.
